- Extra – Describes someone doing too much in trying to draw attention, usually negatively such as if someone’s behaviour was overly dramatic or inappropriate at times. For example “Don’t be so extra right now “.
- Stan – Originated from Eminem’s 2000 hit single ‘Stan’ which describes an obsessive fan; now used generally just as someone who admires something greatly either jokingly or seriously. For example “ He stans Taylor Swift so much !”
- Hundo P – A way for someone to emphasize how sure they are about something; 100% stands for hundo p short for 100 per cent. For example” Are you sure? Hundo P ! “
- Gucci – Another way for someone to express how positive something is , can also be used as an alternative term for ‘good’. For example ” That food looks Gucci”.
- Yeet – Exclamation is typically said when someone does something successfully. Can also be used sarcastically in order to mock somebody else’s efforts I n achieving something difficult. For example ” You finished your project ? Yeet ! “.
